ScreamFree Parenting is the principle-based approach that’s inspiring parents everywhere to truly revolutionise their families. The ScreamFree principles invite parents to focus on themselves, grow themselves up, and calm themselves down. Unlike many other child-centred approaches, the ScreamFree approach shifts the focus of parenting to parents. By staying both calm and connected with your kids, you begin to operate less out of your deepest fears and more out of your highest principles, revolutionising the relationships in the process. As Mr Runkel candidly put it, “Parenting is about parents. It’s not about kids, or it would be called kidding.”
