• Every child is unique and has his or her own communication and behavioural style
• Parents need to know what their child’s communication style is so that they can use certain phrases that are framed in their child’s behavioural language to communicate with them
• This way of communication motivates their child to take ownership of their life, including and beyond just their studies

Andrew Soong has more than 15 years of speaking and training experience. He is a father of two sons and brings with him a wealth of more than 30 years of parenting experience. Andrew considers himself to be a ‘Bridge Builder’ of parent and child relationships and has helped to bridge the communication and relationship gap between many parents and their children. He has been interviewed on the topic of parenting by CatholicSG Radio Faith@Home, Money Mind and CNA938 radio. Andrew is a certified Speaker, Trainer and Coach and an Executive Director of the John Maxwell Team. He is also a certified Human Behavioural Analysis Trainer and Consultant.
