CEP deals with common marital issues that plague modern day marriages and  incorporates life skills designed by modern day marriage sociologists, psychologists and psychiatrists.  Come and listen to deep and personal sharings of couples as they struggle through difficult issues and come out stronger as they grow in faith and learn to place Christ at the centre of their marriage.

A community, that focuses on bringing together persons with intellectual challenges, their families and friends to share their struggles as they bring up their special needs child, but also provide a companionable environment where their child can meet and make new friends.

The Movement organizes faith and person formation sessions, outings and circulates articles on issues as “food for thought and formation”. Participation and circulation are restricted only to its members only.

Families have monthly gathering in small groups, in their own neighbourhoods, sharing their life experiences and learning from one another as discerning, ‘conscientised’ adult Christians.

Transiting from single life to married life is a change that can be demanding. A whole mindset change in decisions to experience love and joy. Helping couples conceive and improving relationships

While many have the misconception that natural family planning is only used to space pregnancy, it is in fact an effective method for achieving pregnancy as well. A five-year study by the Ovulation Method Research and Reference Centre of Australia Ltd found that 207 sub-fertile women achieved a known pregnancy rate of 65% using the Billings Ovulation Method . On average, these couples failed to conceive after trying for a period of 15 months before participating in the study. The average period from initial instruction in the Billings Ovulation Method to conception was 4.7 months.

NFP will also cultivate intimacy in marriage and enrich it, since the same qualities that will make the marriage itself a success such as respect, patience, fidelity, regard, self-mastery, understanding, consultation, and love, are practiced when using NFP.

Engaged Encounter is an international marriage preparation course approved by the Catholic Church worldwide. It is a weekend - a time for you to be together - to talk honestly about your future lives.

The Marriage Preparation Course (MPC) is a Catholic programme which was formed in 1983 to help couples intending to marry. Often couples enter into marriage ill-prepared; consequently, we see a rising number of broken marriages and unfulfilled relationships.

Our Church places great importance on the sanctity of marriage and the impact that good spousal relationships have on overall family life and society.

Therefore, MPC exists to assist couples prepare meaningfully for their married lives together as husband and wife, as future parents and as members of our Christian community.

We hope to impress the young working adults on:

• what belonging in a relationship is. A relationship with God, family and the community.
• to encourage them in the ongoing mission of the church and to get them involved in definite and specific apostolic ventures.
• to foster and create an environment in which the single young adult can trust others and can talk very personally with peers and older Catholic adults.

All this helps to promote the experience that the young adult has of the relationships formed in the group.

We are a Christ-centred support group that is committed to bringing hope and healing to the divorced or separated, and helping them and their families respond positively to the universal call to holiness. We conduct several programmes including Surviving Divorce, a 12-week programme hosted by Rose Sweet which sets out to address some of the challenges that are experienced during and after divorce or separation like how to:

• Work through the emotional upheaval of separation and divorce.
• Find personal healing and hope
• Discover a deeper understanding of God’s love for you
• Cope with changes in financial circumstances 
• Look to the future with hope and forgiveness

We are a community of Catholic parents who, after the death of our children, united in faith to seek God’s comfort, hope and wisdom. In Pieta, we extend prayers, compassion, friendship and hope to bereaved parents. We invite parents to meet together, pray together and break open the WORD of GOD together. Scripture and the various forms of prayer and other spiritual exercises will hopefully bring us wisdom, consolation and be revitalised to fullness of life.
