Catholic Family Life Limited is a Company Limited by Guarantee and a registered Charity, with its Constitution serving as its principal governing instrument.

CFL Lumens Trust is a charitable trust with Institution of a Public Character (IPC) status and a registered Charity, with its Trust Deed serving as its principal governing instrument.

The two organisations, collectively known as Catholic Family Life (CFL), work closely at the board level, with oversight by a common management team. As an umbrella body, with its affiliates and associates. CFL strives to form, empower, and restore individuals, couples, and families through its services and programmes, and journey with them in different life stages and circumstances.
