• Desire to make a difference to those callers in need
• Friendly, patient and empathetic with callers 
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written

• Able to commit half day (4 hour) weekly weekday from 12.00 pm to 4.00 pm to pick up calls and attend to enquiries
• Possess own PC, preferably Windows 10 operating system and pre-loaded with Microsoft Offices
• Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and Dropbox

• Crisis hotline duty during and after office hours
• Engage clients during the face-to-face interaction
• Be involved in the outreach and publicity 
• Be part of PCS Before and After Care team to support women in their journey pre and post delivery
• Assist with research and compiling statistics
• Volunteer movement and planning out the roster 

• Administrative support like data-entry, filing, scanning documents and reception duty (weekday/ weekend, 2-3 days weekly)
• Assist with packing of items for clients 3-4 hours once a week 
• Assist to pack items for publicity/ events 3-4 hours quarterly
• Assist with registration and ushering 4-8 hours during events

Capture evocative photos during CFL events to be used in marketing and communications campaigns. Edit photos as necessary.
