#LetsBeBetter

Fostering intimacy as an effective strategy to improve marital satisfaction

  • Couples can set aside one evening each month as "date night," intentionally spending time together without distractions to reconnect

Not only physical intimacy but building emotional intimacy such as setting aside time every day to improve connection

  • Couples can set a routine to start each day with a quiet morning coffee together, to check in and share thoughts

Creating moments of intimacy is a continuous endeavour for couples to sustain throughout the life span

  • Each night before bed, a couple spends a few minutes expressing gratitude for each other, sharing something they appreciated that day

To nourish each other's love bank with love languages

Did you know that in Singapore, 25% of marriages end before the 20th anniversary, with most breaking down between the 5th and 10th years? (Source: Singapore Department of Statistics)

The reasons may surprise you:

•    Communication Breakdown: Misunderstanding each other’s intentions and feelings.
•    Unresolved Conflicts: Small issues snowballing into major problems.
•    Parenting Stress: The challenges of raising children together.
•    Personality Clashes: Struggles to connect due to different approaches to life.

But here’s the good news: you can prevent these pitfalls by learning to truly understand your partner.

What You’ll Gain from This Talk:

💡 Master Communication in Your Marriage
Discover how understanding your partner’s unique communication and behavioural style can help you avoid arguments and foster harmony.

💡 Turn Clashes into Connections
Learn why your partner thinks and reacts the way they do—and how you can support each other better.

💡 Build a Resilient, Lasting Bond

Strengthen your relationship by embracing your differences and creating a deeper connection based on mutual understanding.

Marriage thrives on more than love—it thrives on connection, understanding, and growth.
